DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, you will be notified via email when the item has been shipped.

    If there has been a mistake in your shipping address, drop us a email at contact@spadesroom.com within 24 hours of submitting your order with a screenshot of your order confirmation and we will accommodate you as best as we can.

  • We work with a courier service to deliver your items.

    Domestic Shipping: Delivery takes 2-7 business days after shipping confirmation.

    International Shipping: Delivery takes up to 7-20 business days after shipping confirmation.

    All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, please be aware that these fees change per country and we have no way of estimating it as they are determined by your country. Some countries hold packages in customs unbeknownst to us. If this occurs, please contact your country’s customs/postal office. 

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds unless the product is delivered with defects. If this is the case, do send us picture-proof at contact@spadesroom.com within 7 days of receiving the item and we will assist your accordingly.
